一 |     Farhan Akhtar’s much-anticipated road drama Jee Le Zara is officially back in motion, quashing months of speculation that the film had quietly been shelved. The project, headlined by Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, had been announced with enormous excitement. However, this project soon ran into the complicated reality of aligning schedules for three of India’s most in-demand stars.     According to industry sources, the biggest roadblock from the outset was locking dates that worked for all three leads, particularly Priyanka Chopra, whose global film and TV commitments repeatedly clashed with the production timeline. However, Priyanka has now reportedly carved out space in her calendar, clearing a major hurdle and reviving momentum around the film.     But scheduling wasn’t the only sticking point. Farhan and co-writers Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti were intent on casting three prominent male actors opposite the female trio — a creative choice that extended the search and slowed progress. Finding male co-stars who could match the stature of Priyanka, Katrina and Alia became a challenge in itself.Adding to the delay were the major life changes the actresses experienced since the film’s announcement in 2021. All three actresses have embraced motherhood since the announcement of the film. Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt have also gotten married since the 2021 announcements.                                                   Farhan Akhtar confirmed the development in a recent interaction, admitting just how exhausting the process had been. “To be honest, it was traumatic trying to get the actors’ dates. But we’ve sorted all that out. We’ll start soon,” he said, offering the most concrete update in years.     The film originally came together after Priyanka pitched the idea during a late-night call in 2019, envisioning a rare, all-female buddy road trip that celebrates friendship, something Bollywood has seldom explored at this scale.     Now, after years of delays and uncertainty, Jee Le Zara is finally gearing up to roll. Fans awaiting the film can breathe easy: the film is happening.     Also Read: Priyanka Chopra Jonas Confirms Her Bollywood Comeback?。    (ECNS) -- More than 2,600 photographers from 34 countries and regions and 21 Chinese provinces have registered for the 26th Pingyao International Photography Festival, which will open on Sept. 19 in the ancient city of Pingyao in north China’s Shanxi Province, organizers said Thursday.    The participants have submitted nearly 20,000 works covering social life, landscapes and nature, and conceptual art.
