SK 제공 SK이노베이션은 분리막 사업 자회사 SK아이이테크놀로지(SKIET) 흡수합병으로 연간 약 600억원의 비용 절감 효과가 기대된다고 밝혔다. 향후 2년 내 상각전영업이익(EBITDA) 기준 흑자 전환도 목표로 제시했다. SK이노베이션은 26일 온라인 설명회에서 “SKIET의 조직 기능을 통폐합하고 생산·마케팅 기능을 핵심 고객 중심으로 최적화해 비용 절감 효과가 예상된다”며 “SK이노베이션의 신용도를 기반으로 자금조달 역량이 보강돼 이자 비용도 축소될 것”이라고 말했다. 그러면서 “종합적으로 연간 600억원 정도의 EBITDA 창출 효과가 있을 것으로 보고 있다”고 덧붙였다. 회사 측은 “제품 개발과 연구개발 역량 시너지 등으로 추가적인 EBITDA가 발생할 수 있어 단기적으로 약 2년 안에 EBITDA 흑자로 전환하는 것이 목표”라고 설명했다. 현재 진행 중인 폴란드 공장 투자와 관련해선 올해 완료될 예정이며 지금까지 약 2조원이 투입됐다고 밝혔다. SKIET는 SK이노베이션의 소재사업부였다가 2019년 물적분할해 자회사로 독립했다. 전기차용 리튬이온 배터리 내부에서 양극과 음극이 직접 닿지 않도록 막아주는 분리막이 주력 제품이다. 그러나 전기차 시장 성장세 둔화가 지속되고 중국 업체와의 경쟁 심화로 지난해 2460억원 영업 손실을 기록할 정도로 재무 건전성이 악화되자 모회사인 SK이노베이션이 분할 7년 만에 다시 흡수합병을 결정했다.  SK이노베이션은 이번 합병으로 보통주 신주 448만 1300주를 발행한다. 신주 발행으로 주당순이익(EPS)이 희석될 수 있다는 우려에 대해 SK이노베이션은 발행 주식 수의 약 2.6% 수준이어서 희석 효과가 제한적일 것으로 예상했다.。    The 2009 movie 3 Idiots is reportedly set to return with a sequel. They feel the magic of the first film has returned, and is as funny, as emotional, and as meaningful as the first part," it reads.The report adds, "The story will be a continuation, picking up nearly 15 years after the characters went their separate ways in the climax scene and reunite for a new adventure."Moreover, Rajkumar Hirani reportedly started seriously considering the sequel when his other project Dadasaheb Phalke stalled. "He dedicated time to expand the 3 Idiots sequel into a full-fledged screenplay. Hirani always had a seed of an idea for 3 Idiots 2, but he wanted it to be perfect and something that would stand up to the legacy of the original," the report states.          About 3 IdiotsInterestingly, the first movie became one of India's highest-grossing films in 2009. For those who are not aware of the first film, 3 Idiots explores the happenings in an engineering college. Farhan (R Madhavan) and Raju (Sharman Joshi) form a great bond with Rancho (Aamir Khan) due to his positive and refreshing outlook to life. However, they lose touch with him eventually.
